Dean’s training started nearly 20 years ago in London at The British School of Osteopathy after suffering back pain after a heavy tackle whilst playing rugby aged 17. He gained a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy after 4 years of full time study.

He then went onto to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Classical Osteopathy (Spinal Mechanics & Physiology). Studying for a MSc in Osteopathy included Neurology, Paediatrics and Obstetrics/Gynaecology. Further qualifications in Medical Acupuncture and Exercise prescription (with the Gray Institute, USA)  led to enrolment onto a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy at Brunel University, London. He continues to study Functional Medicine and Functional Exercise/Rehabilitation by World leading authorities that have led to a Specialism in Spinal Pain and Treatment.

Dean is a registered Independent Prescriber. This means is one of few private physiotherapist’s that can utitilise the autonomy of pharmaceutical prescribing in his practice. This can range from pain killers to steroid injection.

Dean was working in professional sport with AFC Wimbledon in Division One of the Football League up until recently. He is continuing his MSc studies currently in MSK Ultrasonography & Injection therapy and Post Graduate Certification in  Functional Medicine with the Kresser Institute, USA.

Married to Renee, with three daughters and a dog, Dean enjoys the outdoors life.

Ms Juliet d’Enno

Juliet studied Physiotherapy at Kings College London and graduated in 2004.

She worked at St Richards Hospital in Chichester and more recently in the Falls Prevention Team in Worthing where she developed a strong interest in working with older people.   She recently became a member of AGILE and as well as working in her private practice in High Salvington, she spends much of of her time working in the community with those house-bound patients who are unable to travel.

Juliet is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the HCPC and is available in the clinic and for domicillary physio on Monday and Fridays.

Mr Ben White

Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost.) GOsC Registered Osteopath

Ben graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a masters degree in 2012. In February 2013 he moved to Brisbane, Australia where he has been a full time practitioner in a multi-disciplinary clinic for the last 5 years.

In Australia, Osteopathy is a first point of contact profession, so Ben has gained a lot of experience treating a wide range of presenting conditions in his time there. Ben has a particular interest in treating people with injuries obtained through sport, but also really enjoys seeing the quality of life improvements everyone can benefit from with Osteopathy whether it be office workers or the elderly. Ben may include techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint articulation, joint manipulation, and cranial-sacral therapy during his treatments.

Ben has completed further study in Sports Massage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy and various courses on the treatment and rehabilitation of the neck and upper and lower limbs. Outside Osteopathy Ben enjoys watching and participating sport with a particular interest in football, specifically his beloved Tractor Boys of Ipswich Town

Mrs Christina Lyons

Christina is a newly qualified registered Level 5 Sport Massage and Remedial Therapist based in and around Henfield. After being a PE teacher for 14 years, it felt like it was time for a change in career. Christina is very interested to further her skills as her career progresses starting with a taping and strapping course this July 2017.

Christina is regular in the gym at Henfield Leisure Centre and is often seen running along the Downs Link. Christina has had a long involvement and passion for sport being a competitive swimmer until 18 years of age, trampolining and a county netball player for Worcestershire. Since her mid-20s running has become her passion and has done many 5k, 10k, 10 mile, half marathons, one Brighton Marathon, the London Duathlon and even tried a few sprint triathlons in Steyning and Crawley.

Mrs Emma Vickers

Emma completed her three-year training at the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) in West Sussex, where she gained her BSc degree in Acupuncture in 2011. She is passionate about acupuncture and the health benefits it brings, and she has particular experience of treating women’s health issues from menstruation to menopause.
Since graduating she has attended extra study programmes including supporting women through IVF and assisted reproduction, acupuncture in pregnancy, treating menopause, cupping therapy, using acupuncture for autoimmune conditions and using trigger points for musculoskeletal issues. She is also a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
Emma lives in Brighton with her husband and two energetic young boys. She enjoys music and going to comedy gigs and is a self-confessed acupuncture ‘geek’ – she loves reading about all things related to Chinese medicine.

Dr Stephen Lewis

Sport & MSK Physician


Dr Lewis has worked in elite sport since 2002. He worked for 11 years in the Premier League with Fulham FC before joining Brighton and Hove Albion FC in 2014. He is also Chief Medical Officer at Sussex CCC. He has previously worked in international rugby as Head of Medicine for the England Women’s rugby team as well as in posts covering Masters Tennis, clinics at the English Institute of Sport, Soccer Aid and several years working in Rehabilitation Medicine for the Armed Forces.

He has expertise in acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems, recurrent injuries, diagnostic ultrasound and injection therapy.
