OSTEOPATHY

OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a primary health care system, complementary to other medical practices. It is suitable for almost anyone and can contribute to the treatment and management of a wide range of conditions.

Osteopaths primarily work through the neuro-musculo-skeletal system, mostly on muscles and joints, using holistic and patient-centred approaches.

Dean uses conventional Osteopathic techniques along with Classical techniques rarely performed in modern day teaching.

CRANIAL OSTEOPATHY

Cranial osteopathy is not different to osteopathy, it is the name given to a subtle and refined approach to osteopathy that follows all the principles of osteopathy, and it is used throughout the body not just in the head.

The name cranial osteopathy simply refers to the fact that it includes the structures inside the head.

Cranial Osteopathy is very effective with Children and Babies. Dean has built an enviable reputation for treating Paediatrics in the last 10 years.

VISCERAL OSTEOPATHY

VM assists functional and structural imbalances throughout the body including musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive and lymphatic dysfunction.

It evaluates and treats the dynamics of motion and suspension in relation to organs, membranes, fascia and ligaments.

VM increases proprioceptive communication within the body, thereby revitalizing a person and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.
