Exercise is ALWAYS good. However this doesnt mean you need to go to the gym, sign up for a 5K run or take on a Triathlon. Simplicity is the key! If you take the lift rather than the stairs in the car park…..take the stairs. If you catch the bus to the village…..take one stop early and walk the rest.
